Lisa was so patient and kind with him! She took her time and made this experience so calming for him! Lisa also suggested a different shampoo and conditioner for his coat. I didn’t know a groomer like Lisa existed & I am so grateful I found her for our 6 month old cavapoo. She truly took her time & did an impeccable job. She was extremely knowledgable about not only grooming, but the different breeds, what they need in terms of skin, coat, nutrition, etc. I would recommend her again & again to someone looking for a groomer. Especially if the dog (or owner lol) may be anxious or have certain needs. Our cavapoo is very small with delicate skin & I was not comfortable letting just anyone groom her or dropping her off for the day. I wish all groomers & vets for that matter were as experienced as Lisa is with dogs. Mobile grooming may be more expensive than traditional grooming, but it is worth every penny! Right from the beginning when I filled out a new client profile I could tell the attention to detail that Lisa put into figuring out the best needs for our crew. Our Labradoodle’s coat was quickly changing as she is reaching adulthood and unfortunately this resulted in matting in her undercoat. Way more extensive than we realized. Lisa knew we really wanted to keep her hair long so she spent hours working out her matts by hand and brushing her out. She was honest about the upkeep for her coat which there was no way I could handle so we cut her to a manageable length and have a plan to condition her hair to get it in tip top shape. Lisa spent several more hours making her beautiful. Highly recommend her for your pups! We have already set up recurring appointments for all four of our dogs.
